Meet Debi
For more than 30 years, Debi has helped business owners analyze risks so they can make business decisions. She specializes in helping a variety of organizations increase cash and company profits while scaling their businesses. She accomplishes this through strong strategy, financial planning, key operating metrics and team engagement. Her experience includes opening more than 13 new branch offices in the US and one international office in Macedonia. She has integrated 6 company acquisitions. Her diverse back office experience includes finance, accounting, legal, human resources, employee benefits, IT and logistics.
Because she worked in a variety of industries, she brings a fresh and unique perspective to help business owners solve complex problems. Educating people on how every segment of their business is affected by numbers is her passion. Most importantly, behind every number is a person. By uniting the two, she helps businesses achieve high performance and a company culture of contribution.
